​Dr. Sinead Keaveney

 

Sinead was born and raised in Sydney, Australia. She completed her undergraduate studies at UNSW Australia, with her Honours year research project performed under the supervision of Prof. Jason Harper. Sinead then commenced her PhD in 2013, once again working with Jason Harper at UNSW. Her PhD work focused on investigating the effect of ionic liquid solvents on organic reactions through a combination of both kinetic analyses and computational studies. The computational work was performed in collaboration with Prof. Anna Croft from the University of Nottingham, where Sinead spent time at during her PhD. Sinead joined the Schoenebeck group in September 2016.
