Uladzislava was born and raised in Vitebsk, Belarus and had her undergraduate training at St. Petersburg State University, Russia with a focus in organometallic chemistry and crystallography. Further, she continued her education at Utrecht University, The Netherlands, in Organic Chemistry and Catalysis group, and had her secondary internship in the University of Amsterdam focusing on the implementation of machine learning for yield prediction. Uladzislava joined the group in February 2021.
